In 2023, as a result of the stay and assessments conducted by the WILDLIFE FARMS & ESTATES representatives at our Resort - who were able to verify what we had presented in our farming and wildlife submission forms, with particular focus on the unique biodiversity found in the areas we manage in Argentina - Resort Rio Grande was certified as a member of ESTANCIAS FAUNISTICAS ARGENTINAS with a score of 270 points out of 300.

We thus became part of the WILDLIFE FARMS & ESTATES wildlife and hunting estates. Founded in 2005 and now represented by over 450 properties in 19 countries across Europe and now expanding overseas, the scheme comprises a network of landowners and land managers who, in managing their land, are committed to giving wildlife and biodiversity every opportunity to thrive and grow.  Over 1.9 million hectares are covered by the Wildlife Estates programme.

Becoming an accredited member of WFE represents a stamp of excellence and a recognition of the Resort's focus on wildlife and biodiversity through independent assessment.

The award is only given to farms and estates that demonstrate holistic and environmentally, economically and socially sustainable land management practices, recognising the multifunctional role of rural activity and land use.

This important recognition rewards the work and commitment of all those who have believed in the Rio Grande Resort project over the years.
